Finding new music requires a lot of work. There is not a good system to explore new artists and music releases. Sites like amazon.com and the iTunes Store can make recommendations, but they don't give you enough of a preview of new music tracks, and they can only suggest what they have listed in their catalog.

Blogs and podcasts are a great way to explore new music and indie artists. Here are some podcasts to help you explore new releases and upcoming artists in electronic music.

  Waveform is my personal favorite. It is an electronic music video podcast. Recent videos from Faithless, Chemical Brothers, Hot Chip, and Thom Yorke.
